Strategic Consulting

For over 15 years, we have supported multiple agencies in creating a strategic modernization roadmap to incorporate the next generation of technology as well as to increase security and reduce costs. To meet such business demands, our expert consultants work with clients to analyze their goals, optimize their teams and implement projects that are high quality, cost effective and technically sound. Our team consists of proficient industry experts who have built their career profiles in improving organizational performance and efficiently deploying new processes and technologies with minimal disruption in work. Governance

Using our past successes leading multi-disciplinary project management teams, and industry best practices, ITS Agile assists our customers in designing and establishing a disciplined PMO that delivers maximum value for their organization. We also provide maturity assessment for existing PMOs and recommendation for updates and improvements. Our PMO services include: as-is/to-be evaluation and setting maturity goals; implementing collaborative processes with respect to strategic goals maintaining contractual integrity; and program reporting dashboards, stakeholder management, standardized templates across vendors/TOs. Results provide organizations with uniform metrics, consistent processes and standards for compliance and evaluation of performance across multiple offices and bureaus.

Portfolio Management

Successful portfolio management requires the skill to deliver a versatile approach to manage project portfolios across the enterprise. ITS Agile spends time understanding an organization’s specific business objectives and then tailor a solution that meets the unique needs of each aspect of the portfolio. We implement a scorecard methodology to help customers align their goals with their mission. We work with our customers for Organizational Modernization and Operations overhaul, maintaining Executive Reporting and coordination of external vendors. At FTC, our team of 5 Program Managers were engaged as contractors to manage programs and capture metrics for project performance for nearly a decade. Our team managed tens of concurrent technologically challenging projects for a user base that was spread across Headquarters and 8 regional offices, providing the Office of the CIO with a center of excellence that provided guidance and worked on refining and revising approved policies, processes, and procedures as the functional aspects of FTC workflows and programs evolved.  The staff provided both strategic planning and project execution support for major initiatives.
